Good to know.
Is Mindjitsu therapy?
No. It is a self-reflection tool, not psychological treatment or a substitute for a mental-health professional. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Are the personality insights scientific?
Self-assessments are based on widely used, well-documented trait and values frameworks, simplified for everyday reflection. They describe tendencies, not fixed labels.
